THE PREMIER GROUP (LIVE)

MINI-PRIVATE SESSIONS DEDICATED TO YOUR NEEDS

This small and intimate once a month online group has been designed for a maximum of three coaches to participate. Each coach is allocated 30 minutes of the 90 minute session; without interruption from others to receive any combination of personal coaching, mentoring and/or coaching supervision.

The other coaches learn and grow by being in the observer role when the other coaches are having their mini-sessions.

Every session is different, for example you may observe;

The mentor coach coaching a client (one of the coaches).
A coach getting answers to competency/skill related questions.
A coach getting answers regarding business development or growth.

A video replay of the session is provided and coaches receive unlimited email and text support between sessions.

Participating coaches agree to adhere to the highest level of confidentiality to ensure a safe environment for personal growth and development.

SESSION OBJECTIVES

Increased confidence around coaching structure and the use of core competencies through the observation of real time actual coaching sessions;

Greater understanding around each of the core coaching competencies through discussion, demos, examples and coach practice opportunities.
Provide a structured environment to learn from two other coaches and their coaching scenarios and questions related to their client sessions.
Create space for coaches to receive coaching on topics of need to support their internal growth, self awareness and confidence to be the most effective coach for their clients.
Facilitate a supportive safe space that deepens the connection among coaching peers.
